Help & support

Start with the right source.

Odin connects the steps, but some decisions belong to a university or Swedish authority. Here is the fastest route to a reliable answer.

Using Odin

Account or sign-in problem

Try the password-reset option on the sign-in page. If confirmation or reset email does not arrive, check spam and verify that you used the same email address as your account.

Premium access after payment

Return to Odin in the same browser after Stripe completes payment, then refresh your profile. If access is still locked, send the payment email and approximate time to hello@viaodin.com. Never email card details.

Incorrect university information

Use the source links on the university page and tell us which field is wrong. Admissions requirements and deadlines should always be verified with the university or national admissions service before you act.

Admissions and documents

For application status, document assessment, selection results and account-specific admissions questions, contact University Admissions in Sweden.

For programme-specific prerequisites, course content or local selection, contact the university listed on the programme page. Odin cannot change or interpret an admissions decision.

Residence and registration

Residence permits and right-of-residence questions belong with the Swedish Migration Agency. Population registration and personal identity numbers belong with the Swedish Tax Agency.

Rules depend on citizenship, study length and personal circumstances. Use the authority’s current guidance rather than a forum answer or an older checklist.

Housing and arrival

Start with your university’s housing office and the providers listed on its official site. Do not send a deposit until you have verified the landlord, contract and payment instructions.

Odin’s housing guide explains queues, common contract types and the questions to ask before signing.
