Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or purchasing ODIN Premium on Odin (www.viaodin.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Odin. We may update these terms from time to time - continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. The service

Odin is an information and guidance product for EU/EEA students applying to Swedish universities. We provide curated guides, university data, application checklists, and planning tools. ODIN is not affiliated with any Swedish university, Antagning.se, or any government body. Content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute official admissions advice.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@viaodin.com if you suspect unauthorised access. One account per person.

4. ODIN Premium - one-time purchase

ODIN Premium is a one-time payment of €149. Payment grants you lifetime access to all premium content at the time of purchase and future updates to that content.

• Access is personal and non-transferable - you may not share your account
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe
• Access is granted immediately after successful payment confirmation
• Prices are in EUR and include any applicable VAT

5. No refunds

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds. Please review the free content previews available on all pages before purchasing to ensure ODIN meets your needs. If you have a question before purchasing, contact us at hello@viaodin.com.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute ODIN content commercially
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent the paywall
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law

7. Content accuracy

We make every effort to keep university data, deadlines, and application information accurate and up to date. However, admissions requirements and deadlines change. Always verify critical information with the official university or Antagning.se before submitting an application. ODIN is not liable for any decisions made based on information found in this product.

8. Intellectual property

All content on ODIN - including guides, text, design, and code - is owned by ODIN. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive licence to access and use the content for your own educational purposes. No content may be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

9. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time in Profile → Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. In the event we terminate your account without cause, we will provide a pro-rated consideration at our discretion.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ODIN's liability for any claim arising from use of this service is limited to the amount you paid for ODIN Premium. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.
